Terri Murphy, SVP Delaware

Terri Murphy is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and worked for 18 years at MBNA America, now Bank of America.  Her responsibilities included leadership roles in Customer Satisfaction, Marketing and Human Resources.   During her last four years with MBNA America, she was the corporate director of Human Resources.

Since March 2006, Ms. Murphy has primarily focused her efforts on volunteerism, including Board memberships with Social Venture Partners Delaware, Social Venture Partners International, and the West Center City Early Learning Center in Wilmington, Delaware.  She has also been a Big Sister through Big Brothers/Big Sisters since 2001.
