Dawn Trudeau, SVP Seattle

Dawn Trudeau spent over 20 years in the software industry in general management, product development, marketing, and business systems capacities. She currently serves as a member of the Advocacy and Policy Committee for Social Venture Partners Seattle, was Co-Chair of the Board for 4 years of her six year term.  She chaired the Portfolio Grant Committee from 1999-2000, and served as Chairperson of the SVP Children’s Grant Committee in 1998. She served as the Lead Partner for the University of Washington Women’s Center from 1998-2002.  In addition to her work with SVP, she Chairs the Board of the Economic Opportunity Institute - a public policy development organization – and serves on the Advisory Board for the University of Washington Women’s Center and the Business Partnership for Early Learning from 2004-2009.   Trudeau focuses her energies on social and economic justice programs that help provide equal opportunity for all people to develop economic security and personal success.  Dawn is the Managing Partner of Force 10 Hoops, LLC; owners of the WNBA franchise Seattle Storm.  She is also President of the Seattle Storm Foundation.
